How Congress Cheated Kodandaram?

Update: 2018-11-13 11:11 GMT
The Congress Party is Congress Party. It is insanely anarchic and takes inordinately long time to decide on the tickets.  But when it finally decides on the ticket distribution, it ends up leaving partymen distraught and alliance partners disappointed. The list released on Monday midnight for the polls in Telangana too is no different.

It has left the alliance partners shocked as some of the seats that they were claiming have been taken away by the Congress. So angry is Prof Kodandaram that he feels this is sheer betrayal of trust. He feels that the TJS could have contested on its own, but the Congress has conned them into alliance and has delayed the lists so much that the TJS can neither go back nor go ahead. During the parleys for ticket distribution, Kodandaram wanted Alair, Asifabad, Station Ghanpur and Tandur. The Congress has announced Singapore Indira as Station Ghanpur candidate, while B Bikshamaiah Goud, Atram Sakku and Pilot Rohit Reddy for Alair, Asifabad and Tandur respectively.

Even the CPI is shell-shocked. The party wanted Kothagudem, but the Congress gave it to former minister Vanama Venakteswarlu. Similarly, Nakrekal, wanted by Inti Party's Ch Sudhakar, went to Komatireddy acolyte Chirumarthi Lingaiah.

What will these leaders do now? What will these parties do now? Will they rebel or fall in line? Let's wait and watch how political games unfold.
