As usual, the Left parties are repenting their past mistakes. It is now repenting over the mistake of joining hands with Pawan Kalyan and his Jana Sena. The CPI wanted to use Pawan Kalyan's charisma and popularity and get benefited in elections. But, it had boomeranged badly.
Both the left parties were washed out in the elections and in both the states, there is no Left MLA in the assembly for the first ever time in the history of Telugu politics. What is more shameful for them is that the very Pawan Kalyan, whom they thought was a Left-leaning politician, has gone into the lap of the BJP. He has now allied with the BjP for the upcoming local body polls in AP.They have already finalized the campaign strategy where both Somu Veerraju and Pawan Kalyan will address meetings together.
CPI national leader Dr K Narayana has now admitted that aligning with Pawan Kalyan and his Jana Sena was a huge mistake. He said the party had erred in understanding his ideological leanings. He said Pawan Kalyan turned out to be a rank communalist. As for Pawan Kalyan, he couldn't care less. He is confined to his farmhouse and is busy talking to BJP leaders.
