Low Turnout For TDP Mahanadu?

Update: 2018-05-27 09:56 GMT
TDP Mahanadu planned in Vijayawada began Today (May 27th). It's gonna last for three days till 29th of this month.

Elaborate Arrangements have been made to make the last Mahanadu before 2019 Polls a grand success. TDP Leaders estimated at least 30,000 people to arrive for Mahanadu on each day. Whereas, The turnout seems to be so low that achieving even 10,000-mark appears difficult.

If the situation is like this on Day 1, What could be the response on Day 2 and Day 3? TDP Leaders began mobilizing crowds from the neighboring villages to compensate the low turnout.

Is this a sign of growing Anti-Incumbency? or Had it been the impact of Jagan's Padayatra? TDP Leaders have been saying scorching heat wave could be the major reason. Mahanadu was conducted during the same period every year. But, Why is this low turnout only now?
