Maoists showed what they were capable of doing with the assassination of Araku MLA Kidari Sarveswara Rao and Ex-MLA Soma in Visakha agency. Until recently, Politicians didn't bother much about the warnings issued by Naxals. They, however, become completely alert after the recent killings.
As per media reports, As many as 200 people are in the hit list of Maoists. This include Ruling Party Lawmakers and Local Leaders. Few Leaders were even inquiring if their names feature in the hit list of Naxals. Police Department have made it clear to the public representatives not to go anywhere without offering prior information to them.
