Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg's wife Priscilla Chan gave birth to their first child, a baby girl, last week. The newborn who is up to 7 pound, 8 ounce was named as 'Max'.

Sharing his happiness over becoming a dad, Facebook CEO said he and his wife decided to donate 99 percent of their Facebook stockholdings to charity, such as fighting diseases, betterment of education and building strong communities.
Mark Zuckerberg & Priscilla Chan wishes to form a new organization 'Chan Zuckerberg initiative' to meet the goals set by them to make the World a better place. 'Like all parents, we want you to grow up in a world better than ours today,' says the 31-Year-Old CEO.
In the letter to their Daughter, Zuckerberg & Chan termed their goals as advancing human potential and promoting equality with a long term vision.
