In a shocking turn of events, a married woman got to know that her nude pictures were uploaded on social media. The main twist is that her ex-boyfriend is the one who uploaded her pictures.
Going into detail, a girl was in a relationship with a boy during their college days. When the duo was in a relationship, the boy pressurized the girl to send her nude pictures and videos. However, they broke up and parted ways.
Later, the lady married an NRI and shifted to Australia. The couple was blessed with a boy. Back in 2012, the woman's nude pictures appeared on social media. The woman, who has found out that her ex-boyfriend uploaded these pictures reached out to the police.
After the cops warned him, the woman's ex-boyfriend removed the nude pictures and videos of her from social media. However, the same pictures were uploaded on social media in 2019 again.
With no reply from the social media sites, the woman has knocked on the doors of the Court. The accused man has a different version of the story to say. He said that he didn't upload these pictures.
The Court adjourned the hearing to the 30th of this month. The Court has also served notices to Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram in this regard and also sought an explanation from the Cyber Crime Police on what action they took against the accused.
