Mid Growing Pressure Congress Party Postpones TPCC Appointment Process!
The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee(TPCC) selection process has more twists than a commercial film. Leaders within the Telangana wing of Congress create issues and make the process tricky.
Whenever reports emerge that Revanth Reddy will be made the new TPCC chief, leaders from other communities place a new demand before the high command saying that leaders from their irrespective communities should be given a chance.
Senior Congress leader and former MP V Hanumantha Rao has been batting for the demand to appoint a BC leader as the TPCC chief. He had appealed to the leaders to give a chance to a BC leader.
Joining the chorus, ex-Union Minister Balram Naik raised a new demand that an SC candidate should be appointed as the new TPCC chief and expressed his dissatisfaction over the leadership not considering the SCs for the post.
With the Delhi leaders reportedly favouring Revanth Reddy for TPCC chief, other aspirants, and leaders, who want candidates from their communities to get appointed as TPCC boss are putting pressure on the Delhi leaders to consider their requests.
