A lot of YCP MLAs who joined Telugu Desam have pinned hopes on the upcoming cabinet expansion. But, TDP Leadership is keen to induct only few of them into the cabinet.
TDP Sources say, Palamaneru MLA Amaranath Reddy is the first leader to receive a clear indication from party leadership on his induction into cabinet. Nara Lokesh informed the news to Mr.Reddy and also shared the portfolio he would be getting.
Amaranath Reddy was in TDP for several years. He joined YCP before 2014 polls and won from Palamaneru Assembly segment. Good relations with Nara Lokesh seems to be another key reason behind the cabinet berth.
At least, Three out of the 20-odd YSRC Legislators will be inducted into TDP Cabinet soon. Jyothula Nehru and Bhuma Nagireddy could be the other two YCP MLAs considered for Cabinet berths.
