The ongoing pandemic is spreading its deadly wings in the country as, after normal public, Ministers, lawmakers, and public representatives are contacting the virus.
Tamil Nadu Congress Leader, Lok Sabha MP Karti Chidambaram who represents the Sivaganga constituency tested positive for the ongoing pandemic. The MP confirmed the same.
Karti Chidambaram took to Micro-blogging site Twitter to share the news of contacting the news. In his Tweet, he said he developed mild symptoms of the virus and observing home-lazaretto.
He maintained that he went into home-lazaretto going by the advice of the doctors and urged people who came in contact with him to go for pandemic tests as a safety measure.
Recently, Minister of Home Affairs Amit Shah and Karnataka Chief Minister Y.S Yediyurappa tested positive for the ongoing pandemic.
