MS Dhoni jumped from Aircraft

The world cup winning Indian ODI captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni performed a daredevil stunt on Wednesday. The Mr cool who is known for his 'Helicopter Shots' made his first para-jump from an Indian Air Force aircraft

MS Dhoni is undergoing a two-week initial training with the elite Para regiment and this jump is a part of his training with the Territorial Arm. Dhoni reportedly jumped from an AN-32 aircraft from a height of 1250 feet and landed safely with a parachute. With a help of a parachute, it took 70 seconds for Dhoni to land on the ground.Before the jump MSD was trained with the skydiving team at Paratroopers Training School

Many times Dhoni had expressed his desire to serve in the Indian Army after he retires from  international cricket. In 2011 Dhoni was conferred with an honorary rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Parachute Regiment
