Munugode Bypoll: Money Caught In Switchboard In a House!

The Munugode by-poll is in the news as the election is underway. Despite having a slow start the vote percentage picked up and voters lined up to cast their votes. The election is dubbed the costliest election in the nation. Earlier Huzuarbaad is called the costly poll and Munugode took its place.

All the major parties took the polls seriously and money was spent in big numbers reportedly. The empty liquor bottles in Munugode showed how crores of people might have been spent to attract the voters and people who attended the rallies.

When the polls started money was reportedly seized at the poll booths after arresting a few people. Now a piece of new news came out which says that money was found in a leader's house. Reports say that money was caught inside the switchboard in the house.

The cops received information that there is money in an under-construction house and money might have been distributed from there. The cops reached the house and found that money was present inside the switchboards.

Reports say that the money caught was all five hundred notes. After seizing the money the owner of the house was also arrested. The accused is a party leader. However, there is no clarity on which party he belongs to.
