Sidhu Can Win In Pak Too: PM Imran Khan

Update: 2018-11-29 05:19 GMT
Pakistan PM declared his country would respond with two steps to every single step which India makes for peace. He informed Pakistan Army & all Political Parties were on the same page when it comes to Kashmir dispute. 'We will all end up losing if we go to war. What's the next best option? Let's have dialogue to resolve the dispute. Why can't India-Pakistan live together, if Germany & France can? We want to have a civilized relationship. Hope, we don't have to wait until Navjot Singh Sidhu becomes PM to have good relations with India,' he commented.

Imran Khan appreciated Sidhu for taking about friendship between India and Pakistan by attending his swearing-in ceremony. He feels the initiative taken by Sidhu is commendable as both India-Pakistan are nuclear-armed countries. 'Sidhu can win even if he contests elections in Pakistan's Punjab,' opined Pak PM.

Targeting the Indian PM, Imran Khan commented strong leadership and determination is required to strengthen the ties between the neighbours. He added, 'We lack the strength to say we will improve ties no matter what'.

Imran Khan assured best facilities for Sikh Pilgrims at Kartarpur Sahib by the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak in 2019. He wishes to complete the corridor between India-Pakistan by that time to help Sikhs travel to Kartarpur without visas.
