Mbuso, 24 was accused of raping a 15 year old minor girl.
The rape allegedly took place at a restaurant in Greenside, a Johannesburg suburb, on Aug. 7. Media reports suggest that the girl was followed to a toilet where she was allegedly raped in a cubicle on August 7 th night. The complainant said that Mabuso assaulted her on August 7th at a restaurant and based on the complaint Mabuso was arrested and taken to custody. Mbuso will appear in a Johannesburg magistrateâs court on Friday for a bail hearing.Police said Mabuso will be treated like any other citizen.
