The YSRCP recorded a landslide victory in the 2019 polls and made TDP taste a cheap election result. Time flew very fast and the state is all set to face the next general elections. The current trend shows that the ruling party will record another big win that too with a bigger vote percentage.
Recently, Times Now Survey said that nothing can stop the YCP from coming to power. Now another survey said the same. Poll Strategy said that the party will win the elections doesn't matter even if the opposition parties ally. YCP will get more vote percentage than the opposition parties. The survey said that YCP will get 49 percent of votes while TDP-Janasena would get 41 percent if joined hands.
This tells us that the opposition parties cannot defeat the YSRCP. As an example of public opinion, 56 percent said Jagan should be the CM while 37 percent picked Chandrababu. On the other hand, just 7 percent of people preferred Pawan Kalyan. The majority of people said they liked Jagan's ruling. As many as 56 percent of people voted for his ruling.
After coming to power, Jagan has been focusing on development and welfare. His welfare schemes are going to families living in small villages as well making him a part of the household. The beneficiaries of the schemes are supporting YS Jagan. He is leaving his mark in every sector by improving the infrastructure. Under the Naadu-Nedu program, the facilities are improved. The Health and Education sectors are also seeing big changes under his ruling. This is the image Jagan has among the people.
On the other hand, people are not ready to trust Chandrababu Naidu. To come to power, he is saying that he will not cut the welfare schemes. Given his past history, people are not ready to trust him anymore. Even the massive promises he made at the Mahanadu did not get any positive outcome. If there is any positive outcome, then he would have gotten good ratings in the survey. But that did not happen.
Jagan is very clear about the general elections. He will go to elections alone without any alliance. But the same is not the case with the opposition parties as they are trying to ally. The TDP has no history of going to elections alone and allying is its need of the hour. But the road ahead looks very tough and challenging.
Pawan Kalyan's image went for a toss with his recent comments. He made senseless comments about the Volunteers and made sensational allegations. So Chandrababu is tensed on joining hands with Pawan fearing that his image would be a headache for him. On the other hand, BJP is facing setbacks in elections and there is no assurance on what the BJP can do. Pawan Kalyan has a different story and he is speaking whatever comes to his mind.
But Jagan has no such issues and he is gearing up to go for elections alone. Without depending on others, Jagan is seeking public support. He is asking people to support him looking at what he had done for them. Now the survey said that Jagan will come to power yet again.
