There are no permanent enemies, and no permanent friends in politics, and only the interests are permanent here is an iconic political quote that stays relevant irrespective of the time. Proving this true one more time, a former Telugu Desam Party leader who is an MLA in YCP was picked for the Cabinet post.

From day one of the Andhra Pradesh Cabinet reshuffle was announced, many leaders have pinned high hopes on getting the post and the list of aspirants is quite long. Not just young leaders, even many senior leaders have hoped to get a cabinet position. Given the equations, senior leaders also turned out to the aspirants for the cabinet post.

Surprising one and all, the Andhra Pradesh government had picked young MLA Vidadala Rajini for the Cabinet post. Despite high competition and fight from fellow YCP leaders, mainly the seniors, she was picked for the position as she is going to be one of the young cabinet members. YCP picking Rajini is surprising for two things. One is that she is a young leader compared to other aspirants. The second one is that she has her roots in TDP, a strong opponent of YCP.

While Telugu Desam Party was in ruling and YCP was in opposition from 2104 to 19, Vidadala Rajini was in the news with her strong attack on YCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. She even termed Jagan as a demon and said that even small kids know that.

Cut to a few years later, she defected to YCP and won as an MLA. Now she is all set to serve as the Cabinet Minister in YCP. Vivadala Rajani made a name for herself by actively taking part in the welfare works and party activities in her constituency. On top of this, she has a good PR team that highlights her work.

Rajini's team works to a level that other leaders get sidelined sometimes. Whenever there is any political meeting, her followers set up massive cutouts and flexes to give her a big elevation as a big leader in making. All these things worked well for the MLA.

Looking at the background of MLA, she hails from Hyderabad. She was born and brought up there. After her studies, she started working as a software employee. She and her husband set up a company in the US and had a good life there. Later, she was drawn to politics and joined the TDP and joined YCP later.
