Update: 2017-02-09 08:20 GMT
Caretaker Chief Minister O Panneerselvam spoke about Jayalalithaa's Will for the first time ever. He made it clear that no such 'Will' written by Amma has been found so far. He, however, stresses the need to scrutinize with the help of experts before implementation if at all such a 'Will' sees light in future.

Panneerselvam claims he has always been a loyal to Jayalalithaa and performed all the duties entrusted to him sincerely. He refused to elaborate on the insults he faced after swearing-in as Chief Minister following the demise of Jayalalithaa. 'I can't reveal few things even though if I get benefitted from them. I had only spoken what I should. Revealing everything won't be beneficial for either Government or Party,' he said.

When quizzed why he didn't order for an enquiry on Jayalalithaa's death before submitting his resignation, Panneerselvam explained: 'People have some doubts even though Apollo Doctors gave a detailed explanation on the treatment. So, They will certainly ask this query to us when we meet them. Hence, An enquiry commission has been announced'.
