This is what the explanation Pawan Kalyan offered: 'If at all I announce the candidates now itself, Election expenditure will increase and puts a huge burden on them. 45 Days will be more than enough to conduct door-to-door campaign. So, I would announced the list one-and-a-half month before the election date'.
Pawan Kalyan declared 60 newbies will be offered MLA/MP Tickets in the upcoming elections. They can't compete with the candidates of ruling party or senior politicians when it comes to election expenditure. So, This strategy seems to be a wise move for now.
