TDP Leadership made desperate attempts to lure Pawan Kalyan ahead of the 2019 Polls. None other than CM Chandrababu Naidu took the initiative to invite Jana Sena Chief to form an alliance. Much to the shock of TDP, Pawan Kalyan made it clear he is willing to fight alone rather than settling for few seats. It could have been a political suicide had if Jana Sena accepted the offer.
Telugu Desam is hoping to see Jana Sena divide the anti-incumbency vote. Whereas, Jagan is so confident that separation of TDP-Jana Sena can only hurt the Ruling Party why because they had a tie up in 2014. He believes YCP's vote share in 2014 remained intact and the anti-incumbency vote would only take it to the next level for fetching landslide victory.
Although TDP Leaders have been putting a brave face after Jana Sena's fitting reply, They were well aware of the damage Pawan Kalyan could cause to the poll prospects. If Jana Sena contests in 2019, YCP is most likely to get benefited.
TDP, on the other hand, have no option other than Congress. Even Left Parties are keen to sail with Pawan Kalyan after dismal performance of Mahakutami in Telangana.
