Political experts say that the reason behind picking Godavari districts for yatra is that Janasena can demand more seats in the region as part of the alliance. There are 34 seats in the region and Janasena might demand half of them. The party might get at least 17 or 18 seats.

During the same Pawan Kalyan reportedly examined the survey reports the party conducted on the seats where the party has strength.
