Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is very active on social media made another record as his social media followers surpassed a huge landmark of 60 million and made it to the list of mots followed world leaders.
With the new record, PM Modi emerged as the third most followed leader on social media after the former President of the United States, Barack Obama with 120.7 million followers and serving President Donald Trump who has followers of more than 83 million followers.
In a span of 10 months, his followers went up by a mammoth 10 million. The count of Modi's Twitter followers was 50 million in the month of September last year and in less than one year the followers count mounted to 60 million.
On the other hand, Narendra Modi made it to the list of most-followed Twitter accounts. He is currently at the 15th spot in this list.
