The Hyderabad Police Received a piece of credible information on people playing poker at a farmhouse in the outskirts. Based on the information, the cops carried out the raids and detained around 20 people. What is even shocking is that the farmhouse reportedly belongs to a young Tollywood actor.
It has been widely reported that a leading Telugu Newschannel and Special Operation Team (SOT) police have joined hands for an operation and unearthed the poker activities. The farmhouse that was raised by the cops is believed to be owned by Tollywood young hero Naga Shaurya.
As per the information coming from the media reports, Naga Shaurya's uncle Bujji's name also surfaced in connection with the raids. It is said that the farmhouse was given to a person named Gutta Suman on lease and he is conducting illegal activities at the farmhouse. After the raids, the cops seized Suman's phone to look for other data.
Gutta Suman, who took the property on lease is said to be the key conspirator in the alleged poker activities at the farmhouse and big shots like a few legislators are his clients who take part in these activities. Former Mahabubabad MLA Sriram Bhadraiah was arrested in the case reportedly.
News aspects, in this case, are coming out as the cops are digging deeper into the case. The Manchirevula farmhouse is said to be the centre for such activities and more big names are believed to come out. The cops have registered a case and started probing into the case from various aspects.
The reports also say that the cops are checking if Naga Shaurya has anything to do with the poker. For this, the actor's father Ravindra Prasad was summoned by the cops allegedly asking him to appear before them. Once the questioning is done, we might get more clarity on this. More details on this case are awaited.
Naga Shourya's recent outing is Varudu Kaavalenu. Released earlier last week, the romantic comedy stars Telugu girl Ritu Varma as the female lead. Suryadevara Naga Vamsi bankrolled the project and Lakshmi Sowjanya made the directorial debut with Varudu Kaavalenu.
