Shah Rukh was imposed with a five year ban from entering the famous Mumbai stadium after the alleged drunken brawl between him and MCA officials
Now in a sudden twist Maharashtra Child Commission has directed the Mumbai police to file FIR against Shah Rukh for the Wankhede brawl in 2012. The actor has been accused by the commission for using filthy language before children causing them mental suffering. They said that Shah Rukh used 'foul language' at Wankhede Stadium post an IPL match played between Kolkata Knight Riders and Mumbai Indians on May 16, 2012.
The FIR is to be registered under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection) Act. N. Tripathi, Secretary, MSCCR issued the orders two days ago (March 18) to investigate the matter. Apart from asking to file a FIR an enquiry has also been ordered for not registering the FIR in the matter.
However, Shah Rukh had denied any misconduct and said he reacted only after his kids were manhandled by the security staff at the stadium.
