Rajiv Used INS Viraat As Personal Taxi: Modi

Update: 2019-05-09 10:14 GMT
PM Narendra Modi accused the Gandhi Family of using warship INS Viraat as its 'personal taxi' for vacation when Rajiv Gandhi was the Prime Minister. ‘'Never imagined that a warship of the Indian Armed Forces would be used like a taxi for a personal holiday. One dynasty did it,' he alleged, days after calling Rajiv Gandhi as Corrupt No.1.

NaMo pointed out INS Viraat was meant for the nation not for vacation of the Gandhi Family. He complained that the Warship was misused when Rajiv Gandhi Family was on a 10-day vacation.

Hours after Modi made this shocking accusation, BJP MP Subramanian Swamy accused Jawaharlal Nehru of misusing the military equipment in the 1950s. He told his Father-in-Law JD Kapadia ICS who was then Defence Secretary refused to ferry one of Nehru's European Mistresses in the defence vehicle and that is why he was transferred.

Swamy had earlier alleged Nehru had an illicit affair with Edwina and because of her then Indian PM referred the Jammu and Kashmir issue to the UN. He kept alleging India's First PM had relationships with foreign women.
