Union Minster & Republican Party of India president Ramdas Athawale declares his party is mulling on fielding Rakhi Sawant as its candidate against 4-time former CM Mayawati in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Polls. Apparently, The Sex Bomb is currently the president of Republican Party of India's Women's Wing.
Mr. Ramdas said Mayawati hasn't been showing interest to contest elections since several years, be it Assembly or Lok Sabha. 'If she changes her mind this time, We would field Rakhi Sawant against her,' he confirms.
Republican Party of India is the alliance partner of BJP. Ramdas Athawale who is the MoS for Social Justice and Empowerment is unsure whether or not there will be an alliance with the Saffron Party for the Assembly Polls. He believes Dalits in Uttar Pradesh are looking for an alternative to BSP.
