Narsaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao expressed his displeasure on the present day politics. He seems to have informed his close circles that he might think about quitting politics as the present situation is very unhealthy.
Especially, Rayapati is unhappy over Government's failure in addressing the drinking water scarcity in his constituency. He told his proposal of Rs 1,150 crore to resolve the water woes of the people wasn't approved by TDP Government citing lack of funds.
When quizzed if he have plans to join BJP, Rayapati commented, 'Those who have already joined the Saffron Party remained work-less. What would I do by joining it?'.
In the wake of these developments, Rayapati's recent meeting with Narendra Modi gained prominence. He urged PM to set up a water grip project costing Rs 1,150 crore to address the water scarcity in areas like Vinukonda, Palnadu. Macherla and Gurajala.
Few People allege Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is making a hue & cry just for the TTD Chairman post which is vacant right now.
