Update: 2020-01-19 08:04 GMT
Nandamuri Balakrishna remained mum on the AP Capital issue right from the beginning as he doesn't want to invite the wrath of people from Rayalaseema and Uttar Andhra by openly supporting TDP's Stand. At one point, There was criticism on Telugu Desam Party due to its failure in attaining the support of Nata Simha in a crucial issue. That is when Pro-TDP Media offered leaks that Balayya would be touring AP Capital on January 16th, 17th and 18th. A road map was prepared covering Thullur, Mandadam, Nidamarru, Pedaparimi, Krishnayapalem, Rayapudi, Penumaka and Undavalli Villages. Much to the shock of party leaders and cadre, The Actor-cum-Politician was found no where in Krishna and Guntur Districts in the past few days.

Farmers of Amaravati Region have been protesting ever since YCP Government hinted about the change of capital. TDP Leaders including Chandrababu Naidu and Nara Lokesh has done everything possibility to show their support to the Farmers. However, Balakrishna continued to remain silent and he even gave a miss to AP Capital tour.

TDP Leaders says, Balakrishna's Tour of Amaravati has only got postponed. He will be touring the AP Capital from Monday to extend his solidarity to the Farmers.

Unfortunately, TDP Workers aren't in a mood to confirm the tour of Balakrishna as of now. They don't want to offer any assurance until the Star Campaigner lands in the region.
