Security has been increased for Paritala Sriram, S/o slain TDP leader Paritala Ravi. Few days before Sriram wrote a letter to DGP and he has requested State government to give gunmen protection. Sriram explained that he was targeted by some of his political opponents.
DGP considered the request of Sriram and ordered Anantapur SP to provide extra security for the young leader. Befoe the elections attempt to murder case was booked against Paritala Sriram by the police in Dharmavaram. Sriram was charged with conspiring with some people to kill a local Congress leader K Sudhakar Reddy.
