Update: 2023-06-13 13:50 GMT
The murder case of former MP YS Vivekananda Reddy is much-talked-about in Andhra Pradesh. At regular intervals, the case is going through twists and turns. YSRCP Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy is facing allegations in the case and he was also grilled by the investigation officers in the case. Earlier, we have seen how the MP missing the CBI questioning increased the intensity of the case.

Of late a lot of discussion is happening on his bail. After a lot of suspense, the High Court gave him anticipatory bail in the case. It is known that Suneetha Narreddy has been fighting the case for a long time. Her petition in the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of Avinash Reddy's bail came to a hearing today.

As per the media reports, Suneetha Reddy placed her arguments in the case as a Party In person. Alleging that there is a big conspiracy in her father's case, she sought the cancellation of Avinash's bail. She also informed the court that earlier the Supreme Court gave a deadline till June month end to complete the investigation.

Suneetha said that the Apex Court gave a deadline for the case and there is a need to complete the probe before the deadline. She also said that earlier the Supreme Court found fault with the directives given by the High Court. The two-judge bench of the Supreme Court heard the petition.

But the bench is said to have shocked Suneetha by asking if the anticipatory bail given by the vacation bench in the case needs to be suspended and asking what is the need for the custodial interrogation. The bench mentioned that earlier, the CBI said Avinash is cooperating with the questioning.

The bench also said that one bench cannot change the deadline given by the other bench. When Sunitha sought directives to direct CBI to come for the hearing on Wednesday, the bench said that it is the agency's wish, and hence the agency was directed to appear for the hearing on the 3rd of July. The bench also refused to postpone the next hearing to Wednesday and said the next hearing will be on the 19th of this month.
