A Surat-based Diamond Tycoon gifted 400 Flats and 1,000 Cars to well-performing Employees as a bonus on the eve of Diwali this year. This is more than double to what was offered last year (200 flats and 490 cars).

Employees who aren't having a Four-Wheeler receives Cars as Gift. Whereas, Those already using Cars will be offered Flats. For the first five years, Company will be paying the loan installments on flats and cars. Thereafter, Employees will have to pay the EMIs. Each of the 1,100 square feet flat costs Rs 15 lakh. An EMI of Rs 11,000 should be paid.
