T-BJP Invited Actress-turned-Politician to Join Party?

The Bharatiya Janata Party is not taking any rest in Telangana. The party which has three MLAs in the state is aiming at increasing the legislators' count and inviting strong leaders. Recently, Congress MLA Komatireddy Raj Gopal Reddy joined the BJP and his resignation created space for a by-poll in the state.

As another big development, the T-BJP leaders are said to have been in touch with an ex-MLA and she reportedly responded in a positive way. The former MLA is none other than Actor-turned-politician Jayasudha who earlier served as the MLA from the Secunderabad constituency.

Reports say that Huzurabad MLA Etela Rajender reportedly invited her to wear the saffron shawl and she is believed to have accepted the proposal. Jayasudha also fixed a date reportedly to wear a saffron shawl.

It has to be mentioned here that in her latest interview, Jayasudha said how she had to skip politics as no party in Andhra Pradesh gave her a ticket. Having said that, the senior actress highlighted how she stood behind YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the tough times.

Seeing that Jayasudha still is interested to get active in politics again if she gets a chance, the Telangana wing of Bharatiya Janata Party leaders might have met her and placed an offer before her. She reportedly accepted her.

Earlier, Jayasudha tried her luck as an MLA from the Secunderabad Assembly constituency as the constituency has a Christian population in good number. Now we have to see if the BJP fields her in the old constituency or not.
