The iconic Multinational conglomerate company Tata has been focusing on giving a boost up to the medical center. For this, the company is building medical facilities to benefit the people. One such hospital was set up in the divided Andhra Pradesh and it would be inaugurated by AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy soon.
The Tata Trust had set up the Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Cancer Care and Advanced Research in the temple city Tirupati. The facility had cost the firm a whopping Rs 600 crores. The TTD board that runs the holy shrine of Tirupati played its part by allocating land for the establishment.
While the people in and around Tirupati are happy that they can get treatment for Cancer without traveling long distances, the hospital facility has started a political fight as a new debate on which party should get the credit for the cancer center.
With YS Jagan going to inaugurate the cancer centre, the social media pages that support the party started saying that it was the YCP government that played a big part in bringing the establishment to the state despite the company preferring the other states.
On the other hand, the TDP is saying that the proposal and foundation stone for the establishment happened in 2018 when it was in power, and hence the party should be given the credit for this.
More than the establishment coming in handy for the people in Tirupati, which party should be credited became a big question here. In the coming days, we might see the fight turning intense.
