AP Cabinet Expansion: Two MLAs Sworn In As Cabinet Ministries

As part of the cabinet expansion of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Palasa MLA Dr. Seediri Appalaraju, and Ramachandrapuram MLA Chelluboina Srinivasa Venugopalakrishna sworn in as the new Ministers at the  Raj Bhavan in Vijayawada.

Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan administered the oath of the office at the Raj Bhavan.  Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, Assembly Speaker Tammineni Sitaram, and other leaders were present at the ceremony.

With the count of the attendees being cut short for the ceremony going by the outbreak of the pandemic, only the family members of the Ministers came to Raj Bhavan for the ceremony.

Looking at the political career of Seediri Appalaraju is a doctor by profession who earned an MD degree in General Medicine from the famous Andhra Medical college With an interest in politics, he joined the YSRCP in the year 2017 and emerged victoriously in 2019 general elections.

On the other hand, Ramachandrapuram MLA Chelluboina Srinivasa Venugopalakrishna has been in active politics for a long time. He held various positions in the past. He started his political career as a ZPTC member from the Rajole area in the year 2001. From the ZPTC level, he made it to the Assembly in 2019.
