US reports seventh Mass Killing incident in 2021, 10 including a cop dies
The United States once again reported a killing incident that left ten people losing their lives. The victims include a cop. The shocking incident took place on Monday and the suspect has been nabbed, reports claimed.
Going into details, the shocking incident took place in the city of Boulder in the US state of Colorado. As per the media reports, the suspect entered the King Soopers grocery store around 2: 30 PM and opened fire.
After receiving the information about the gun firing, 51-year-old Eric Talley, who has been working in the Police Department for the past 10 years went to the store. Sadly, the Police Officer lost his life on the spot.
Officers, SWAT teams, and Law Enforcement vehicles reached the spot and covered the entire spot. Based on the videos surfaced on YouTube and other social media platforms the suspect was nabbed reportedly.
Colorado Governor Jared Polis took to Twitter to send his heart out for the victims whose lives were cut short with the gun firing at the King Soopers grocery store.
'My heart is breaking as we watch this unspeakable event unfold in our Boulder community. We are making every public safety resource available to assist the Boulder County Sheriff's Department as they work to secure the store,' the Governor tweeted.
