BJP Leaders have been breathing fire on Nandamuri Balakrishna for the harsh comments he made against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the Dharma Porata Deeksha on Friday. They met Governor ESL Narasimhan during his Visakha tour and offered a written complaint against the Hindupur MLA.

A demand was placed before the Governor seeking stringent action against Balakrishna for making objectionable remarks on the Prime Minister. At one stage, Balayya accused Modi of conspiring with YCP and dared to use the words - 'Sikandi, K**za & etc.,' during his speech.

BJP Leaders demanded Governor to pass an order for the arrest of Balakrishna. They opined Balayya who hardly have any respect for constitution can't continue as a public representative.

Vishnu Kumar Raju commented Chandrababu would have ordered for the arrest of Balakrishna soon after the completion of his speech if CM have either commitment or sincerity. 'How badly did Balayya spoke? He didn't treat Hijras as even human beings, insulted PM, Pawan Kalyan and Jaganmohan Reddy. CM should have ordered police to arrest him soon after the speech, but that's not been done,' he fumed.

BJP MLC Madhav accused Balayya of indulging in many cheap activities in the past. The council member warned of legal action against the TDP MLA if he wasn't arrested.  'This comes under sedition. Insulting the Prime Minister's Office can't be tolerated. Balakrishna has insulted women and co-stars on many occasions. He should be arrested immediately,' he demanded.
