Whats App Founders own $9 Billion in Facebook stock

Whats App founders Jan Koum and Brian Acton own 116 million shares of Facebook stock which were worth $9 billion (Rs 55,000 crore).

Jan Koum who is an Ukraine Immigrant alone have 76.4 million Facebook shares which were currently worth $5.8 billion. He is currently the fourth largest stockholder in the social media giant. The Top 3 include Facebook founder & CEO Mark Zuckerberg and two Mutual Funds Fidelity Management and Vanguard.

Brian Acton, on the other hand, owns 39.7 million Facebook shares which were worth $3 billion. Even 45 people who were employees of Whats App hold Facebook stock.
