Will Prashant Kishore join Trinamool Congress?

Update: 2020-01-30 03:56 GMT
What will Prashant Kishore do now? He has now been kicked out of the JDU for talking too much. From the way he rebelled against the JDU, of which he was the vice-president till recently, it is clear that Bihar CM and JDU chief Nitish Kumar is going to show him the door. Nitish Kumar simply removed him from the party position. Along with him, former civil servant Pawan Varma too was shown the door.

It appears Prashant has come a full circle. He initially helped the BJP in 2014 elections, but then parted ways. He then went close to the Congress Party, but the likes of Amarinder Singh have refused to work with him. They have shown that they can win elections without Prashat Kishore's support. After the UP fiasco, where the Congress performed poorly despite his support, he had inched closer to the regional parties. But, the regional parties had won more because of strong and charismatic leaders like YS Jagan rather than due to team PK's efforts. Later, he joined the JDU, but could not adjust himself to the political culture there. His ambition to control the party was strongly resisted and soon he began making comments that would bring disrepute to the party. As a result, Nitish had him thrown out.

Now, what will he do? Highly placed sources say that he might join either AAP or the Trinamool Congress. But, both these parties have strong leaders, who run the party with a firm grip. Will PK be able to influence them and have his way? Highly unlikely.... So, where will he go from here?
