Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy raised his voice against TRS government .While speaking about Telangana government's move of land resumption YS Jagan demanded that the Telangana government should return the land in Hyderabad to the Union.

YS Jagan said APNGOs have already spent crores of rupees on the development of the land. He asked the TDP govt to intervene in the issue to sort out the matter. Jagan also suggested  Telangana government to search for other options if it has to allot this land to some other body. This might be the first time that Jagan raised his voice against KCR and his government.

Its known that Telangana government had taken back the lands given to APNGOs .The lands which was issued decades back in Gopannapally under Surveyy Numbers 36,37 was taken back by citing no construction activity in these allotted government area.
Revenue officials today had taken back 189 plus Acres lands on Thursday on the orders of the government. In 1992, then Congress government led by Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy under a single GO granted 477 acres land to four Housing societies set up for APNGOS, TNGOS, AP Secretariat Employees and High Court employees.

After the state division, Telangana government resorted to taking back lands of APNGOs. Since these lands are mostly run by the Seemandhra businessmen and politicians, they automatically became target of the State Government. APNGOs are of the opinions that these are revenge tactics by TRS for playing active role in Samayikya Andhra movement
