YS Viveka Case: Court Dismisses Krishna Reddy's Plea!

It is known that YS Vivekananda Reddy is the much-discussed case in the state. At regular intervals, we are seeing big twists in the case. Another one joined the row with the Supreme Court rejecting a plea that was filed. The Country’s top court also quashed the petition.

MV Krishna Reddy who worked as the PA of YS Vivekananda Reddy till his death has moved the Supreme Court seeking directives to see him as victim and not accused in the case. He also requested the Court to let him counter Dastagiri turning approver in the case.

Saying that it was he who informed the cops about the murder of YS Viveka, Krishna Reddy said that he should be seen as Competent person. However, lawyers representing Sunitha in the case countered the claims saying that he was mentioned as the suspect in the case by the CBI.

The Supreme Court refused to entertain the petition and said that the petitioners can approach the High Court. Having said that the Supreme Court observed, the High Court can give a verdict on this and it need not consider what the Apex Court said.

The Supreme Court bench dismissed the petition filed by Krishna Reddy in this regard and said that the arguments and counterarguments can be mentioned before the High Court. The Apex Court also said that written orders will be issued on this.
