Update: 2021-12-13 11:54 GMT
YSRCP rebel MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju took his fight against the Andhra Pradesh government to a whole new level by raising a new demand that President's rule should be imposed in the state. He placed the demand while addressing the Lok Sabha and gave a representation to the speaker of the house.

Giving a reason for the demand, the Narsapuram MP said that including the financial matters, the state government had failed in all matters and expressed his concerns over the state of the finance. Adding further, the MP lambasted the state government for mortgaging the public properties to get loans.

Intensifying his attack on the government, the MP leveled allegations on the government that to secure loans the government is going for the backdoor ways. He even said that the Andhra Pradesh government is using the loan amounts to fund the government schemes.

Showing no sign of going soft against the government, the MP addressed the media in the national capital after the Parliament proceedings. Speaking to the media, he opined that the government is using the police force to target the rivals.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju also found fault with former Madras High Court judge K Chandru. Calling the retired judge's comments as a demoralising one for the judicial system, the MP said that he will move the Andhra Pradesh High Court and Supreme Court against K Chandru for his comments.
