Newly appointed TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy made a crucial announcement over the VIP Break Darshans in Tirumala. While hinting L Darshans offered through recommendation letters will be discontinued, VIPs were advised to visit the hill shrine only once in an year. He told a final call will be taken on the new proposals after the appointment of full-fledged TTD Board.
On a daily basis, Nearly 4,000 People were permitted VIP Break Darshan depending on the three categories they fit in. YV Subba Reddy, however, declared L1, L2 and L3 Darshans will be scrapped.
YV informed that measures have been taken to construct 40 rooms in TTD Board Hospital. He is also keen to provide equipment required for the functioning of eight Operation Theatres.
The last time when he was in Tirumala, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu suggested VIPs to visit the hill shrine only once in an year keeping the convenience of normal devotees in mind. And now, YV Subba Reddy left a mark of his own by offering less prominence to VIP Darshans. The Team of CM Jagan continues to impress!
