It is already known that artificial intelligence has been changing the global mechanism when it comes to hiring and human workforce and has the case for the last few years.
The main industry that is being affected by the artificial intelligence revolution is obviously the IT and software sector where coding and human interface are the main factors.
We have arrived at a point where AI is starting to take a human jobs at an elevated rate, and there is nothing that people are able to do about the same.
India is also facing a significant portion of this attack gradually due to the fact that the domestic workforce is not to elaborate in terms of skills as the IT industry is a standard job fest here. Lack of adequate knowledge on AI advancement and insufficient exposure to global phenomena could be the main contributing factor.
The industry had been believing that AI needs to be studied at the fundamental level by students in order to sustain in this industry, but that is not the advancement that India has been witnessing the last few years. This stagnated skillet is not going to help the cause either.
So the youth of the country have reportedly decided that government jobs are more stable in terms of security and jobs stability. That is the reason why they are looking to safeguard their careers from now on by looking at government jobs as they possible alternative for the IT and software jobs.
It needs to be said that the government jobs are free from AI advancement and do not get directly affected from the global trends. This might be the reason why the youth of the country have collectively decided that government jobs are going to be the way forward for them.
This is going to be a tough transition from private job equity to government jobs as the competition will be increased here, considering the changing mindset of the youth.
Considering the fact that private jobs have slowdown in terms of hiring and also reduced, the salary hike procedure, youth is steadily shifting towards the government proposition these days.
