Flight Diverted As Pilot Not Certified Of Plane Landing?

Passengers onboard a flight that is mid-air faced a massive shock with the announcement of the pilot. It is said that the Pilot revealed he is not certified to land the plane. With this, the plane was rerouted by the concerned authorities. The plane landed in a different location with this.

Going into details an Alaska flight 3491 was on its way to Jackson Hole Airport. When the Airport reached the airport, the authorities made the arrangements for the landing. However, the pilot reportedly revealed to the passengers that he is not certified to land the plane.

With this, the plane was directed to Salt Lake City. Upon landing another pilot replaced the pilot. It is said that the plane was stopped there for over one and a half hours before taking off.

A few passengers who are said to have been on the plane took to social media to share their experiences. They claimed that the plane was stuck at the airport. After the landing, the airlines did not share any further information with the passengers.

On the other hand, the airline is said to have reacted to the development and said that the flight had to be diverted due to a lack of the required documents and there is no other issue in this.
