Tirumala is a holy shrine located in Andhra Pradesh. There are a few allegations against the previous YCP government that it neglected the temple and there are a few irregularities. The current government is busy looking at them and setting things right. The TTD Chairman post is vacant and TDP has a name.

As per the media reports Ashok Gajapathi Raju, a member of the Vizayanagram Royal Family might get a big chance of serving as the TTD Chairman. He is a veteran TDP leader who held various posts. If everything goes well we might see him as the Chairman.

Moreover, picking him might not get any objections from the BJP or Janasena given his legacy. His family runs many famous temples including the Simhachalam temple. He started his journey from the Janata Party and later joined the TDP.

Usually, respected people are appointed as the TTD Chairman as the Chairman runs the richest temple in the country. TDP feels that there is no other name other than Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju aka Raju Garu. He is away from controversies and known for his philanthropy work.

On the other hand, it is said that appointing him as the TTD Chairman might be a big chance to end his career on a high note. He served as the MLA, Cabinet Minister, and even Union Minister. Ashok Gajapathi Raju openly questioned the previous government on the attacks on the temples.

While there is no official information on this Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is said to be working on this and we might hear positive news on this.
