The opposition parties in Andhra Pradesh are firm on their aim of defeating the ruling party and coming to power. BJP, TDP, and Janasena came under one roof. The parties also shared the tickets. However, we are seeing a few changes in the state as far as the candidates are concerned.

As part of this, the TDP gave a big twist by changing the candidate of the Madugula Assembly constituency. The sitting MLA was replaced by a former MLA. Speaking to the media the candidate announced this and said that he is happy as he got an opportunity to serve the people.

Former MLA Bandaru Satyanarayana pinned high hopes on the Pendurthi seat he represented earlier. But the seat was allocated to the Janasena party. This did not go well with the former MLA’s supporters and they staged protests.

Now the former MLA was told good news that he is the candidate from the Madugula seat. He said that he is the alliance candidate from the seat and expressed his happiness over the opportunity.

Speaking to the media. Bandaru said that Pyala Prasada Rao was the candidate from the seat earlier but the leadership took the decision and following the orders he is contesting from the Assembly seat.

Bandaru said that with the support of the leaders, he will contest the elections from the seat. He also highlighted the connection he has with the seat and called himself the grandson and son-in-law of the constituency.

On the occasion, he also targeted the ruling party and alleged that the schemes the state government is giving are Central schemes. Adding further he said that there is no development in the state and even the roads are not good.
