Big Sensation: YCP Opposes A Bill BJP Introduced!

YCP has not been part of NDA or any other alliance since its inception. However, it had the image of being friendly to the BJP. In the last five years, YCP supported the BJP during many bills and supported them. Political analysts say that YCP supported the BJP more than the alliance parties could do.

Now the party surprised one and all by opposing the bill tabled by the BJP. This is the first time the party has done this. When the BJP tabled the controversial bill YCP MPs opposed this along with the opposition parties grabbing everyone’s attention.

It is known that there is a big sensation around the Waqf (Amendment) Bill in the country. The bill was tabled in the House which bats for a few changes. Interestingly YCP MPs opposed the bill. Along with the Opposition MPs, they demanded a few changes to this.

What YCP did came as a big political sensation. Due to various reasons, YCP has been supporting the BJP every time it tabled a bill in the House. However, things are different this time as the YCP opposed the Waqf (Amendment) Bill and demanded a few amendments.

When YCP held a protest in Delhi against the situation in the state, a few INDIA alliance parties supported Jagan. BJP is also in alliance in AP and a few INDIA MPs and leaders stood in solidarity with the YCP.

This grabbed everyone’s attention and started a debate on whether Jagan would change his stand and walk with the INDIA block. Adding fuel to this the YCP MPs reportedly opposed the bill and demanded a few changes. We have to see what more changes would take place.
