Desperate Chandrababu Knocking On Every Door For Victory!
As winning the elections is the need of the hour, the party is not leaving any stone unturned in this regard.
Having recorded a humiliating defeat in the previous elections, the TDP is dealing with the worst crisis since its inception. If the party has to survive it has to win the next elections. This is the importance the upcoming elections hold for the opposition party.
As winning the elections is the need of the hour, the party is not leaving any stone unturned in this regard. Chandrababu Naidu who is desperate to win the elections is knocking on every door. TDP joined hands with Janasena for an alliance for the elections. TDP was confident of winning the elections as happened in 2014.
But things appear to be tough as TDP started developing doubts about Janasena’s strength. The party contested a few seats in Telangana. However, the party could not show any impact in these seats. With this, Chandrababu is said to have had a few doubts about winning chances.
As an alternate, Chandrababu Naidu met political strategist Prashant Kishor. However, it was reported that no positive outcome came out of the meeting between the two. This forced Chandrababu to go for other options.
Adding more troubles to the TDP, it was said that the Kapu community was not happy with the party. As if that was not enough, Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah raised new doubts among the community. On top of this, it is said that TDP doesn't have candidates in over 40 constituencies. This is the sad state of the party.
While facing a tough opponent like Jagan, it is not advisable to go alone. With this, TDP is exploring all the possible options to gather strength.
TDP was floated against the Congress party. Despite this, Chandrababu is desperate to join hands with the party. Chandrababu Naidu met Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shiva Kumar in Bengaluru. It is said that the motto behind the meet is to work out a possible alliance.
Congress is no doubt in josh by winning elections in two states. But the situation is different in Andhra Pradesh. Congress has no ground in AP and there is no clarity on what impact Congress can have in the elections if both parties join hands. Keeping aside the debate on the impact the possible alliance could have, many say that this shows how desperate Chandrababu Naidu.
