Chicago Wakes Up To The Unfortunate Shooting News!

The United States has been suffering from the growing gun violence. Of late the incidents are seeing a big rise. Even in 2024, the incidents are not showing any sign of slowing down. Forget about slowing down these incidents are only increasing raising many fears and concerns.

Yet again the United States was rocked by a gun shooting incident as the nation was rocked by a shooting incident. The country woke up to an unfortunate incident in which eight people were killed. The suspect is believed to be known to the victims.

As per the information that is shared by the Joliet Police Department, the suspect identified as Romeo Nance opened fire in two houses at the 2200 block of West Acres Road in Joliet, Illinois. The suspect is on a run right now and a manhunt is on to nab him.

The suspect is believed to be living close to the two houses and might be known to the families. While the Police department swung into action and warned people that the shooter was on the loose and might be having weapons with him, it is said that the shooting spree might have started on Sunday.

The shooting spree might have lasted for two days and killed eight people. His pictures and the vehicles that might have been used by him were also released. As he is armed and is on the loose there are fears that he might continue the terror.

By the time the investigating officers reached the spot they found seven people who had injuries on their bodies. When informed about the homicide, the concerned officers reached the spot only to find the deceased at the spot.
