With elections round the corner, is BRS boss KCR making carefully calibrated moves to placate a sulking Chinna Jeeyar Swami? Is he ensuring that there is no backlash from the Hindu voters in the upcoming elections? Is he trying to befriend Jeeyar Swami and project a pro-Hindu face?

Both KCR and Jeeyar had a tiff during the inauguration of the Samata Murthy statue at the latter's Mutchintal ashramam. KCR did not like the overt importance given to PM Modi and Amit Shah. So angry and upset was he that he did not attend the consecration of the Samata Murthy statue. He even went to the extreme and did not invite Jeeyar Swamy to the inauguration of the renovated Yadadri temple.

However, KCR appears to have made up with Swamy's disciple and realtor Jupally Rameshwara Rao. Rameshwara Rao-run media channels have begun singing paeons to KCR of late. At the same time, Jeeyar made a surprise visit to the Yadadri temple recently. This was his first visit to the temple after the renovation

If sources are to be believed, Palakurthi MLA and minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao mediated between both KCR and the swamy. This was done to ensure that KCR is not seen as anti-Hindu by the voters. Now, both KCR and Jeeyar Swamy are set to attend the festival at the ram mandir in Valmeedi village in Palakurthi constituency.

This is the beginning of thawing of discord between both the personalities. Now that they are coming together once again, it is good news to the BRS.
