Court Makes Key Comments During Chandrababu's Bail Arguments!

In what could be a big relief to the Telugu Desam Party and its chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu he was given regular bail in connection with the AP Skill Development scam. The High Court of Andhra Pradesh which reserved its verdict on the issue pronounced it today.

As per the media reports the High Court is believed to have made key comments. The Court reportedly said that there is no single piece of evidence that proves Chandrababu Naidu influenced the case or witnesses. Stressing that Chandrababu was out for 20 months after the case was filed and there was no evidence whatsoever.
Saying that the case was registered against Chandrababu a few days before the arrest and asked how a person who has Z+ security cover can escape from the investigation it will not accept the arguments that Chandrababu hinders the investigation.
Reacting to the arguments placed by Chandrababu Naidu's counsel that there is no evidence to prove the allegations that money was diverted to the TDP account and allegations cannot be made without proper evidence the Court said that it is satisfied with the arguments.
When the former MD of Siemens Suman Bose's name was brought in the arguments and his signature was stressed the court said that the signature can be sent to the Forensic department if they have any doubts and it is not the job of the Chief Minister to examine the signature.
