Why Can't The EC See All Of This?

This serves as the justice served by the Constitutional Institutions to democracy.

It is not easy to follow the Rule Book in its very form. There is a chance of working effectively if we follow the rule book and question ourselves. The question of why the Election Commission of India missed this aspect is gaining momentum. There is a need to keenly observe every aspect when elections are going on neck-to-neck between the ruling and opposition sides in any state. This serves as the justice served by the Constitutional Institutions to democracy.

How appreciable it is for the Election Commission to give a chance for the parties to trick others is the main question here. How should we see the allocation of Janasena’s Glass Tumbler to independent candidates? The authorities are saying that they allocated the symbol as it is a free symbol. But what about the anarchy?

In the Vijayawada Central constituency, the alliance candidate is in a race in the elections as part of the alliance. With this, the Janasena symbol became a free symbol. It was allocated to the Andhra Rashtra Praja Samithi party. Gollapalli Sri PhaniRaj is the candidate. While the candidate arranging for campaign vehicles with the pictures of Glass Tumbler is one thing, the vehicles having the pictures of Pawan Kalyan is another thing. What is this is what many ask.

When the activists and leaders of TDP-Janasena-BJP asked the candidate about the same, he reportedly had no answer. With this many wonder if it is an act to hinder the alliance candidate. The issue was taken into the notice of the election officer and such issues need action within hours. As such acts cannot be tolerated. The Election Commission did not look into the objections raised by the Janasena party when Glass Tumbler was allocated to independents. Now we have to wait and see how the election officers would react to this.
